Day 1. 12st 11lb 2oz (ouch!)
Hard boiled egg for breakfast, 0% yogurt for a snack, beef for lunch, steak and prawns for dinner with a side of gurkins. This is going to be tough!
Went for a walk with baby for an hour and a half and I swear I could smell freshly baked cookies for an hour... the sweet, sweet smell followed me! I was in hell!
I'm just so used to eating what I want when I want.. that's what got me into this mess in the first place! It WILL be worth it!
On a positive note I really enjoyed getting out into the countryside for a walk and hubby said I looked skinnier already! Bless!
I have baby and toddler all day tomorrow (toddler was in creche today) and I'm not sure how I explain that I can't eat sausage rolls with her for her lunch, and boy will I be tempted...mmmmmm sausage rolls with ketchup... I feel like Homer Simpson!
