Day 6 - 12st 4lb 4oz - HALF A STONE DOWN!
I can't believe it! Half a stone down in just five days! LEGEND! I feel great, have loads of energy but I'm still craving chocolate and carbs.
Oat bran however is not my friend! I am supposed to be eating a tablespoon a day made into a pancake with an egg and a tablespoon of fromage frais... GAG central. I just couldn't handle the texture at all. I'll give it another bash but I'm not sure I can. I need to increase my water intake as I know I'm not having enough at all.
Tried to get rid of toddlers dodi last night... after an hour and a half of whinging I caved and she is allowed just two dodi's and they have to stay in her bed at all times. Just couldn't put up with the sleepless nights as baby is still waking in the middle of the night... It will come eventually!
Anyway, I now get to add in vegetables to the diet which makes me so excited! Who would have thought I'd be so excited over green beans and mushrooms!!!
Onwards and upwards!
