Day 3 - 12st 6lb 2oz - Lost 5 pounds
On my 3rd day of pure protein out of 7..... very happy with results on the scales so far so I am going to keep on truckin!
I've signed up for Boot Camp.. what am I letting myself in for? I am just so unfit but I gess that's the point! It starts the end of the month and Hubby said he'd pay to see me being put through the mill! You can be guaranteed that it will be lashing rain for the first day too! Also signing up for a spin and sculpt class every Thursday night - I'll probably be dying tomorrow!
I have never felt hungry but I have felt deprived... I am used to snacking from the sweetie press and fridge on an hourly basis and this is a hard habit to break. I miss chocolate so much but a skinny me will be worth it. It's also difficult to be preparing food for my family and not being able to eat it... Hubby had chicken breast, fried rice and garlic bread for dinner last night while I had a chicken breast and some prawns... not so bad, I hear you say, well, it isn't but I was watching every bite he took out of the garlic bread!
I'm looking forward to being able to introduce vegetables which comes on day 7. It will make it so much easier as I can have a salad for lunch and my plate will look much more interesting and full aswell!
Booked a kiddie-free holiday to Spain in June last night with Hubby for my sis-in-law's wedding. Four whole days without the children... I cannot wait! Hubby and I will not know ourselves!
